Practice:

Practice days and times are set by the coach and the coach will contact you after registration has closed

U4-U6 (ages 3-5) practice once a week
U8 & up (ages 7 & up) practice twice a week

Equipment Needed:

Soccer Cleats only
      Do not use front or toe cleated shoes from other sports 
Shin Guards
Soccer Ball: Bring to every practice

• U4 - U8 (ages 3-7) Size 3 ball
• U9 - U12 (ages 8-11) Size 4 ball
• U13 & up (ages 12 & up) Size 5 ball

Jewelry or any hard adornments of the head or body are not allowed for any players during practice or games

Games:

U4-U8 will play on Saturday and some week night games
U9 & up may play on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday based on schedule
